How to create a dashboard with data from Helpscout

This article will show you how to add Helpscout as a source to your MinimalDashboard account and then create indicators to display on your dashboard.

Step 1. Add Helpscout as a source

Once you've created an account, add a new source to your organisation's account.

To connect to Helpscout you'll need:

  • OAuth2 App ID, which requires creating an App in your account under Your Profile > My Apps > Create My App (Link) .
  • OAuth2 App Secret, which is provided when you create the app. (Link) .

Step 2. Add Indicator

Then you can start adding indicators from Helpscout to your organisation.

Step 3. Add to Dashboard

Once you've setup everything head to any dashboard to add the indicator you just created and view your Helpscout metrics like this:
